An independent building beside the Municipality facing North and highlighted by a sculpture made from four three-dimensional granite elements dovetailing into the initial of the Hebrew letter for North
An entrance lobby for changing displays and official receptions
The Hall, with a seating capacity of 350, is used by the city council of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and at times for concerts and artist master classes.
Hydraulic stage rises to the second floor for various functions.
Design and development of the auditorium seats  by David de Mayo production in Italy
Design and development of chairs for the city council of Tel Aviv-Yaffo produced earlier by David de Mayo for the German company KNOLL
